1. Data controller

This website (parentalidade.cognixhub.com and its language subdomains, "the Site") is operated by Páginas e Metáforas, Lda, VAT PT517469111, Portugal ("we"). For any privacy question, contact hello@parentclasses.org.

2. Data we collect

Purchase data: name, email address and billing details, collected when you buy one of our digital products. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never store your card details.

Subscription data: your email address, when you request one of our free guides.

Usage data: technical information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to: deliver the products you bought and provide support (performance of contract); send you the free guides you requested and related parenting content, which you can opt out of at any time (consent); comply with tax and legal obligations (legal obligation); and improve the Site and our campaigns (legitimate interest).

4. Data sharing

Your data is processed by the following processors, strictly for the purposes described: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), a self-hosted EU email service, Meta Platforms and Google (advertising measurement and analytics). We do not sell your data.

5. Cookies and measurement

The Site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and improve content. You can limit this measurement through your browser settings (blocking third-party cookies) or through Meta and Google ad settings.

6. Retention

We keep purchase records for the period required by Portuguese tax law (10 years) and subscription data until you withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@parentclasses.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
