Every product sold on the Site carries a full 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the materials do not meet your expectations, we refund 100% of what you paid.

How to request

Reply to your purchase delivery email, or write to hello@parentclasses.org from (or mentioning) the email used at checkout. No justification is required, though any feedback helps us improve.

Processing time

Refunds are issued through Stripe within 2 business days of the request. Depending on your bank, the amount may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Scope

The guarantee covers every product on the Site — the core pack and all add-ons, individually or combined.
